7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products (consumable wellness items), we accept returns only for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery / do not accept returns except in cases of defective or incorrect items confirm your actual policy.

  • Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us; once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
